Both. We take lump-sum packages as a subcontractor to major EPC firms, and we act as main contractor on smaller civil, building and fit-out works. For manpower supply we also work on a straight timesheet basis under your supervision.
Yes. Our personnel and equipment meet the gate approval, certification and medical fitness requirements of the major Kingdom operators. If a client has a specific approval requirement, contact us before award and we will confirm in writing.
Yes. Rental manpower is one of our four general contracting business areas. We employ and sponsor the worker, carry the statutory costs and invoice against timesheets; you direct the work.
Screened tradespeople from our active pool typically reach site within days. Licensed medical roles take longer because of SCFHS registration and Dataflow verification — usually two to six weeks depending on the specialty and the candidate's paperwork.
We replace them at our cost within the agreed probation window. Trade-tested placements rarely reach that point, which is precisely why we test before we mobilise.
Yes, end to end. Sourcing, credential verification, SCFHS classification and registration, Dataflow primary source verification, visa processing and mobilisation are all managed by our medical contracting team.
Our monitoring and survey work uses calibrated instrumentation with documented sampling methodology, and reports are written to the format the relevant authority expects. We are happy to share redacted examples on request.
Yes. Most courses can be delivered in-house at your plant, camp or project office. For practical courses we either bring mobile equipment or run the theory onsite and the practical assessment at our centre.
We accept bank transfer, company purchase order and credit card. Corporate clients can be invoiced against an approved PO with standard payment terms agreed at award.
Yes — ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for environment and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety. Certificates are available on request and are audited annually.
