Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of this website and, where referenced, form part of our contracting arrangements. They are a summary for information; the signed contract always takes precedence.

Use of This Website

The content of this website is for general information about Red Dune Contracting Company and its services. We take care to keep it accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or current. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer; all work is carried out under a signed contract or purchase order.

Quotations and Proposals

Written quotations remain valid for thirty days from issue unless stated otherwise. Rates assume the scope, access, working hours and site conditions described in the proposal. Changes to any of these may require a revision, which we will state in writing before proceeding.

Scope and Variations

Work outside the agreed scope is carried out only against a written variation order confirming the additional scope, cost and programme impact. We will not proceed with unrecorded extras and we do not invoice for them.

Personnel Supplied

Where we supply manpower, the personnel remain our employees under our sponsorship. The client directs the work and is responsible for site safety arrangements, induction and provision of a safe place of work. We remain responsible for the competence, certification and conduct of the individuals supplied.

Payment

Invoices are payable in accordance with the terms agreed at award. Timesheet-based work is invoiced monthly in arrears against client-signed timesheets. Disputed items should be raised within seven days of invoice so they can be resolved without holding the balance.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the contract concerned except where a higher limit is agreed in writing or where liability cannot lawfully be limited. We maintain insurance appropriate to the works and will provide certificates on request.

Governing Law

These terms and any contract arising from them are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.
