For works contracts we visit the site. For manpower and training we confirm specification, prerequisites and client approval requirements.
03 · Proposal
A written proposal with scope, programme, rates and exclusions stated plainly. Usually within one working day.
04 · Award & Mobilisation
Documentation, gate approvals, medical fitness, equipment and personnel mobilised against your start date.
05 · Delivery & Supervision
Our own supervision on site, with QHSE oversight, progress reporting and photographic records at every milestone.
06 · Handover & Support
Documented handover, as-built records or certificates issued, and a named contact who stays available afterwards.
