Information We Collect
From website visitors we collect only what you submit through our contact and enquiry forms: your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message. From job applicants we collect the CV, certificates and identity documents required to assess the application and, if successful, to arrange employment and mobilisation.
Why We Collect It
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver a contract, assess a job application, meet client credentialing requirements, and comply with Saudi labour, immigration and regulatory obligations. We do not collect personal information for any other purpose.
How We Use It
Enquiry details are used to reply and to prepare a quotation. Applicant details are used to assess suitability and, where required, are shared with the client whose site or facility the placement is for, and with the authorities responsible for registration, licensing and visas. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiry records are retained for two years. Personnel and applicant records are retained for the period required by Saudi labour law and by the awarding and licensing bodies concerned, and are then securely destroyed.
Security
Personal information is stored on access-controlled systems and is available only to the staff who need it for the purposes described above. Paper records containing personal data are held in locked storage.
Your Rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to retain it. Write to us at the email address on our contact page and we will respond within thirty days.
