Recruitment Coordinator (Medical)
Own the candidate pipeline for healthcare placements — sourcing, credential checks, SCFHS classification, Dataflow submissions and mobilisation. Prior healthcare recruitment or credentialing experience strongly preferred.
About the Role
The Recruitment Coordinator owns Red Dune's healthcare candidate pipeline from first contact to the day the nurse or technician starts work — including the credentialing path that makes or breaks a medical placement in Saudi Arabia.
If you already know your way around SCFHS classification and Dataflow, you will be productive here in your first week.
Key Responsibilities
- Source healthcare candidates through job boards, referrals, agencies and overseas partners
- Screen CVs and conduct first-stage interviews against the client's specification
- Verify credentials, licences and experience certificates before presenting any candidate
- Manage SCFHS classification and registration applications end to end
- Prepare and track Dataflow primary source verification submissions
- Coordinate client interviews and manage feedback in both directions
- Prepare offers and manage the visa, medical and mobilisation process to start date
- Maintain the candidate database and keep the pipeline accurate and current
- Report on time-to-fill, drop-off points and pipeline health
Required Qualifications
- Education: bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Experience: minimum 3 years in recruitment, HR or credentialing — healthcare strongly preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organisational skills and comfort with high-volume follow-up
- Transferable Iqama or Saudi national
Preferred / Desirable
- Direct experience with SCFHS classification and registration
- Direct experience with Dataflow submissions
- Overseas recruitment experience — India, Philippines, Egypt or Jordan
- Experience with an applicant tracking system
- Arabic language ability

- Genuinely organised — a medical placement has thirty moving documents
- Persistent, because credentialing runs on follow-up
- Good judgement of people on a first conversation
- Honest with candidates about timelines, even when the news is slow
