We supply the skilled trades that build and maintain Jubail Industrial City — and because we run the trade testing bays and the rigging yard ourselves, we know exactly what each person can do before they reach your gate. For turnarounds and shutdowns we mobilise in phases against your schedule, and demobilise the same way.

02 · Sourcing & Screening
We draw from our active pool and our recruitment network, and screen against your specification.
03 · Testing & Assessment
Trade test, practical assessment or clinical competency check at our centre or at yours.
04 · Documentation & Approval
Medical fitness, licences, registrations, Iqama transfer and client gate approvals arranged.
05 · Mobilisation
Travel, accommodation, transport and site induction coordinated to your start date.
06 · Ongoing Management
Timesheets, payroll, replacements, rotation and demobilisation handled by our contracts team.
